Title: Romania fixes

A0 extended east?
A1: no access at Spa_B?
A2 interchange between SosLib and CenBuc, DN3B and DN22C (two)
A10 interchange between A10_U and 7
DEx12: access closed at DN65_Col?
DNVO1Z interchange between DJ797D and DN79
DN1 interchange between StrPanaBue and DNCB

DEx12: access closed at DN65_Col? - yes, it's closed, but it's a point in use. Marked with a *
DNVO1Z interchange between DJ797D and DN79 - the interchange was already there (with the DN1Y), if that's what you mean
DN1 interchange between StrPanaBue and DNCB - - implemented today

I dont'get where this should be...

There is no exit. You should remove the wp or add * to the label. The wp is currently not in use.

The DEx4 between A3 and DN1 west of Turda opened recently.
