I honestly don't think this qualifies as an 'interchange'.  All signage says 'right (https://maps.app.goo.gl/fEFN8dcuBN4vcMMS7) (2) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/97VAuMNymt7xHKuA8)', not 'exit'.  No gore signage either.

So, if WVDOT doesn't consider it as an interchange, I'm honestly not going to either.  It's just a 'glorified' RIRO.
