OldLakeRd has been replaced with an overpass. https://www.nrcolumbus.com/news/dot-to-close-access-between-old-lake-road-and-u-s-74-76/article_c98d1ed2-bd4f-11ef-8314-679ccfe0cf56.html confirms that all access is closed.
