Title: IN IN128 point request

When I attempted to clinch IN 128 in 2023, the road was closed to through traffic in Frankton between the 800 North/Hamilton Road (40.2195936806928, -85.78579013153052) and Clyde Street/11th Street (40.21957512761476, -85.76647633063106) intersections. The only intermediate waypoint is on the part that was closed. Any chance I could get points added at those two intersections, so I don't have to choose between leaving IN 128 off entirely and claiming I clinched it when I didn't?

With all the 90° turns going through town, it seemed useful to add several more points to map it more correctly. So you'll want to use 600W and ClySt_W.
