Title: TX: US 59 Diboll Bypass Open NB - Business Route Signed

This is an interesting new development. The northbound lanes of the Diboll Relief Route (US 59) are now open, and US 59 Business in Diboll is signed with BGSs. See my AARoads post for more details and pictures:

I'm not sure what the protocol is on TM when a route is only open in one direction for an extended amount of time, but I will say the situation is identical to how the US 77 bypass in Driscoll first opened up a couple years ago, so whatever protocol worked there will work here.
