KY10_A and KY3056 have been rebuilt and moved.

The KY 9/KY 10 junction only moved 100m or so, and I don't think that's enough to warrant an updates entry for moving the point. I created one for the other intersection, and added a point on KY 9 and KY 10 at the former KY 3056 junction and at the spot on KY 3056 where the old route diverged.
