Title: CO: US24 Spur in Burlington

I guess I would be okay with this approach. That way if CDOT decides to switch it to CO 24 in the future (like they did with 85 in Colorado Springs) it would make the transition easier.

Actually now that I think about it Arkansas and Colorado are pretty similar in their utter lack of interest in concurrencies...

I've driven this before (coming from clinching K-267 in Kanorado), so I just updated my .list file, but it's not signed in the field. I didn't see any forum topics about it unless my search skills suck.
