Title: ON: canonf should be named "Ontario 400-series highways"

"Ontario freeways" doesn't actually match what this system actually includes, as does not include other freeways that aren't in the 400-series (Hwy 69), nor municipal expressways. The system matches the corresponding Wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/400-series_highways
