Title: CA: CA 18 BUS (Big Bear)

Should the name for this more specifically be Big Bear Lake? (I do not believe that just changing the name alone (CA18BusBig would stay as-is) would affect list files.)

I debated about this for a while, but decided to make the change for purposes of clarity. Only change was the addition of "lake" to the name in the two systems files.
