All of those exit numbers in the HB are officially assigned by Caltrans, in the CalNexus exit number tables (https://dot.ca.gov/programs/safety-programs/exit). I know we are not supposed to be inventing exit numbers, but here the numbers were invented by Caltrans. It was (and still is) my view, when I redrafted usaca, that we should follow what Caltrans says, even for exit numbers that haven't yet been posted.

This is not the only route with officially assigned but unposted exit numbers. I think we have better things to be doing than to chase them all down.
