Title: IL: I-55 BL (Springfield)/IL 29/US 66 His Broken Concurrency

IL 29 and US 66 His need to have the same coordinates as the IL29_S point on I-55 BL (Springfield).  (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=39.831004&lon=-89.636469)

In regard to I-55 BL, I could also use a point at the Old Tipton School Rd/Meredith Dr intersection as we turned onto I-55 BL SB there during the Springfield meet itself.

I could also use a point on US66HisCar at Cook St/Lawrence Ave as we turned off 2nd St there south of the capitol.

I think that 2ndAve_N on US66HisCar should be 2ndSt_N.
