Title: VA: US-211 suggestions

NEW -> NorDr (reason is the 'US211BusLur_W' point is now only accessible to EB traffic on US-211/340, and all traffic going to/from WB US-211/340 need to use this road to access the business route (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Cos9Rj36K6iMZe1y7).) < point would need to be added to US-340's file too. >

CouLn -> maybe shift this point to the west over to SR-642 (Viewtown Road)?  Seems to be a more reasonable point than a small road into a mobile home park.  That or shift east to SR-730 (Indian Run Road).  Either option would require the 'CouLn' label to be hidden under it, as it's in use.

Only Kevinmc (a regular updater) is using it and the segment is from CouLn to Warrenton. Moving it to SR 730 to the east would be harmless then with CouLn as an alternate label.

I'd selfishly prefer the shift westward to Viewtown Road, as the small market at that intersection had been my turnaround point on that trip. SR730 seems a fine waypoint too, though that road seems considerably more local that SR642. Either way, I'd concur with removing CouLn and can easily incorporate an update.

SR642 (Viewtown Rd) seems to make the most sense to me.
