Title: NH: "VT 105" in North Stratford

For yakra:

Looks like the former "VT 105" signs on US 3 in North Stratford have been replaced with normal "TO VT 105" trailblazers.  Given precedent (thinking specifically of the former NH VT114), we should probably remove NH VT105.
