Title: OR: I-5 exit number issues

26 -> 27 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/JciiFaiwVzN6pwgS9)
missing -> *27A (https://maps.app.goo.gl/EHaDzxgbbtNGoDG1A) - historical location for Exit 27 was @ Barnett Road before moved to current location.
missing -> SanRA (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ByKeBt5uKgMug7tf9) (just south of Exit 242, you can legally U-Turn here.  Would need to be added to OR-99E too.)
299 -> tweak to gain graph connection with OR-43 here.
