Title: WA: WA-14 exit number issue

WA500 -> 14 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/qZeLA4UyG1XLVmSSA)
missing -> 14A (https://maps.app.goo.gl/57bS8LJ6r6QfVJ5VA) (I think the interchange is split apart enough to warrant the separate point.)
