Title: OR: OR-126 Bus (Springfield) label issues

I-105 -> OR126_W (parent route is always the one mentioned on banner routes at the ends, unless it doesn't exist there)
OR99 -> OR99_S (end of a multiplex)
OR126 -> OR126_E

This one shows its age as the first state system from the CHM days.
