Title: IN: US-231 label issues

IN25 -> US52/25 (mainly since 'US52_E' is currently in-use in US-231's file)
IN526 -> AirRd (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ssk9EBsWQRa69Zn99) (needs fixed in US-52's file too)
IN26 -> needs recentered (and fixed in US-52 & IN-26WLa's files too)
US52_E -> SagPkwy_W (US-52's file is already fine)
