Title: AZ: AZ-89A/260 issues

We currently have the intersection for AZ-89A & AZ-260 in the completely wrong place.  It's been in it's current location since the first GSV was in that area in '08, so it's not a recent change, just a possible mistake that we had gotten from the 'early' days of OSM before it got cleaned up in that area.
