Title: NM: NM-124 issues

All adjustments listed below need to be done to "NM US66HisGra" as well.

1) "I-40(96)" needs realigned (see NM I-40 thread (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=7167.0)).
2) Need a point(s) between 'BIA30' & 'CR124' to prevent a large deviation from the actual route.  Recommend points at both ends of the Cubero Loop, which happens to be CR-7 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Mzxwa27cdLTtK7Vr7).
