I clarified today that VA 393 and VA 394 are both signed. Photos should be posted later this week.
(As a note, even SR 638 gets circle shields along VA 394).
VA 394 for TM is just College Drive so that is straight-forward. VA 393 (only signed from VA 234 NB at the RIRO), on the other hand, is much more messy because we could end it at the first circle, or go farther east to the maintenance building area.
