Title: NC/VA: NC/VA 8 Point Concerns

NC:
1. Consider adding a point at Hanes Mill Road (direct connection to US 52).
2.  OldHillRd may be a private road.
3.  Consider replacing shaping points with visible points.
4.  FlaShoRd>-FlatShoRd
5.  The NC89 points should be E and W instead of S and N.
6.  The labels on NC 8 (HanRockRd) and NC 89 (HRParkRd) are both correct, but should be the same IMO if possible.

VA:
1.
