Updates to Highway Data / SWE: Umeå SW bypass

A first section was opened today, another section is announced to be opened next week. The remainder anytime later.

I don't know the future road numbering of the new SW nor the existing northern bypass of Umeå but minimum E12 and R92 need a new wp.
No affected TM travelers.

Just for fun, GSV has been there, and shows KY-338 signage @ Shorland Drive.  So, extension confirmed. lol.

How are we handling heritage streetcar lines that are integrated into a light rail system? usamuni currently includes the F, but usamts does not include the Silver Line.

Oh man and that thing even uses the same tracks as the other MTS lines.

It should be included in usamts, this was an oversight. Though as it is 100% concurrent with other lines, costs no one any mileage in its absence.

LA I-20 - between 171 and 173 to remove overlap with LA 601

I don't maintain LA, but...
TM's data is intended to be pretty low granularity. IMO a small overlap (as in route traces on mapview, not concurrencies) such as this is not a big deal at all, and won't confuse the viewer as to what's going on.

LA LA1 - OldLA1247 -> BruRd and move southeast to intersection.
LA LA308 - OldLA1247 ->  ?     -  The street is not signed here, but it doesn't appear to be Brule Rd. like it is for LA 1.

Here, the bridge was most certainly selected as the point location; the opportunities to cross the river are somewhat few.
Compare, also on LA308: GalBr, CoteBlaBr, 28thSt, BayPorDr, ValBri, BriRd, StChaBr, StJohnBr...
For a case like this where there's no known current road name, but the road formerly had a numbered designation, using an "OldLA1247" style label is SOP.

Job 080711 per the minute order, which also says

WHEREAS, Conway, Faulkner, Johnson, Pope, Saline, and White Counties, and
the City of Morrilton have agreed to assume ownership of various state highways
to offset the costs associated with the Project.

I'd almost ask whether it's safe to assume these (154 thru 113 on the list) would go thru around the same time the project wraps up.
But OTOH, AR132 has already been removed.

Through traffic was moved from the old bridge onto the new bridge. I seems that I'm the only affected traveler. Since we have no maintainer for ALB, I'll implement the change soon.
