KY: KY 18 and US 42/US 127 Points at Mall Rd (Former KY 3157) in Florence, KY

KY 3157 (Mall Rd) was decommissioned in 2011 and given back to Florence (I cannot remember where I had found that exact time but it is not on this map of Boone County).

Basically, the points on KY 18 and on US 42/US 127 should be MallRd instead of KY3157 (or in the case of KY 18, KY 3057 due to a typo)
