Got an update from a NC source who posts under the name MazdaStrider on AARoads Forum. He got a hold of contractor plans for the exit signs for the new I-73 Connector and US 220 widening projects (unfortunately, they're hard copy versions). Here are the numbers from the Greensboro Loop north, the first two already confirmed through NCDOT plans:
Exit 107 I-73 North / Bryan Blvd. (apparently exiting itself)
Exit 109 PTI Airport/Old Oak Ridge Road
Exit 110 NC 68 South High Point
Exit 111 NC 68 North Oak Ridge
Exit 116 NC 150 Summerfield
Exit 119 US 220 South Greensboro
Exit 120 US 158 Stokesdale, Reidsville
Exit 122 NC 65 to NC 68 South
Exit 123 NC 68 South

In addition, NCDOT has started posting the new signs along the Bryan Blvd. segment, here is the signage heading west, approaching the Loop and PTI Airport exits, the latter with the new exit number (I'll be updating my I-73 exit list based on all this new information)

So, what we need to do here is extend (at least) the Future I-73 (West Greensboro, NC) file to the Airport exit and label it 109 since where I-73 is going to split from Bryan Blvd is after that exit and that part of the alignment is set and already limited access.  Then just wait till we hear if they start renumbering the I-840 segment (which I've heard will happen too).
