Odd Route Stats Error

So I randomly clicked on this route in Asia BGD AH1. For some reason, despite one driver having driven the route without having clinched the route, each waypoint states that has a 100% implying that this person still drove the entire route.    A similar error can be seen in CHN-HA AH34 as well.

Is this a common error in the international routes or am I just seeing a random glitch?  (thankfully other routes that no one has driven seem to be fine without showing percentages)
