Estonia's government occasionally put 'Tx' (with the T (for 'tee') never signed) rather than 'Road no. x' (in English), so I'm using that. The top tier of roads are all called Põhimaantee (or main road) signed with red cartouches, though almost all roads have 'Tee number' fields on the GIS.
