PA: US 30 Truck in Imperial

The signs for the US 30 truck route around Imperial, PA have been taken down since the bridge causing the need for the route was replaced.

Not to open a can of worms, but I remember there was a lot of debate about this on the old CHM forum.  With all of these bridges throughout the Commonwealth being replaced, I'm not sure which other truck routes are still valid (at least the ones that were mapped on the site).

No can of worms from my point of view. PA has no specific person maintaining it now; @rickmastfan67 and I, and maybe some others, haven taken care of PA issues as they've arisen in the forum. For my part, I won't be actively on the lookout for anything to add or delete, but will have a look at forum threads as they come in. Deleting routes such as these should (hopefully) not be much trouble.
An abortion like this (Wrong-way multiplex at one end with its parent I MEAN WUT), I will not be sad to see go.

PA US30 US30Trk will need to be relabeled.

PA978@US22/30 coords mismatch the other routes here
PA576@2 & US30@PA576 mismatch, too far apart (686x644) to be flagged as NMP
