Norway: Rv110 missing

Rv110 begins at E6 exit 11 and ends at Rv111.

The extension east of Rv111 is Fv110 though.

Note: I continue drafting norfv system* and already have some Rv110 wps (all uploaded to GitHub). It's possible (likely?) that I'll find more missing Rv routes. Nevertheless, I already wanna report missing Rv routes here so that I don't forget them.

*Because beln is done, deul development is blocked due to split action and peer-reviews sometimes suck...
