New production HDX

The production HDX is now the current version with lots of algorithm visualizations.  http://courses.teresco.org/metal/hdx/

Please let me know here or via GitHub issues in the EduTools repository if you notice problems.

I'll keep the old HDX at http://courses.teresco.org/metal/hdx-1.0/ indefinitely but there will be no updates/fixes, and it's possible that as changes are made to other parts of the project or to Google's Maps API its functionality will degrade.  I encourage you to use the new one and if there's something you need that it doesn't do that the old one did, let me know so I can get it fixed.
