TX: I-69 vs. I-69E in Robstown area

I drove the segment we have as I-69ERob today and it's clearly and consistently signed as I-69, not I-69E.

Oh bugger.

Some history:
This was the first segment of TX I-69 to open, and was accordingly the first added to CHM as vanilla TX I-69.
In February 2013, I-69Hou, which is now known as vanilla I-69, was added.
In December 2013, I-69C & I-69E were added. It was determined that I-69 (Robstown) was redesignated as I-69E (Robstown). (Indeed, the I-69E/C/W split will be farther north, near Victoria.) I made the change, on the assumption that signage would be changing in the near future to match.
There was some discussion on the CHM forum on what to do with the vanilla TX I-69 route name; we decided that rather than have it only as an invisible AltRouteName, to reuse it as the name for the longest segment of mainline I-69. The hit to processing the existing I-69 (Robstown) on people's .list files would be minimal as long as they had the concurrent segment of US77 marked. Hence the I-69Hou -> I-69 rename.

The Robstown segment is listed in the designation files as I-69E, and not I-69. It's shown on the County Grid Map as I-69E as well.
The signage in the field is probably best considered an outdated relic, in need of an update.
I'd like to still move ahead with the assumption that signage will be changing at some point in the future, and leave as-is.

Makes sense.  Fine by me to leave as is.
