NJ: Garden State Parkway

Just noticed we're missing Exit #41, which opened in 2015.


Also, the two exits that we have labeled as 'Exits 88 & 89' needs to be renumbered.  88 is now posted as 89A/B (89A-B SB | 89A NB), while 89 is now 89C SB (89B NB).  This is all confirmed by StreetView.

One last thing, I would also recommend adding in a separate point for NJ-34 @ Exit #98.  There are direct ramps to/from that state highway, and NJ-34's already has a point for the GSP, but the GSP is lacking a point for it.  Would recommend numbering it 98A.

I think we don't have a specific maintainer for NJ. You could directly edit the wpt files...
