NC: NC 75
« on: December 02, 2017, 08:40:52 pm »
Field observation: heading east into Monroe, there is an END NC 75 shield at the intersection to the connector road for NC 200. And there does not appear to be any further signage between there and the center of town... although historic GMSV shows there was in 2009 (before the bypass that's now NC 200 was built).

It appears this segment has been decommissioned and NC 75 needs to be truncated to NC 200 in the HB.

Another NC issue: in NC 242, there is a point labeled "NC 131/140". Should be "NC131/410".

I have truncated NC 75 to NC 200.  This was also needed for NC 84.

The NC 207 file waypoint for NC 75 was relabeled for Church St.

I also corrected the NC 242 file.
