Overall clinched total in single-route view

Perhaps I haven't phrased that the best way but I'm talking about these route displays:

The table gives the mileage for every segment but there's not an overall total given. Is there a way to have a line, possibly in a different color/font, for "Total [route]" and, in this case, a separate total for the business routes combined?

I don't know how well this would work on multiple routes of the same number, e.g.

I believe everything we need is there in the DB, just a matter of getting together the code to pull it out and display it. 

I don't expect to have a chance to get into the web front end code any time soon but I'd try my best to look at any pull requests if someone wants to make an attempt.
