NJ: US 130 at NJ 90

I do not think I can justify a graph connection here, but it definitely looks weird that the NJ 90 point here looks like it should have one even though the US 130 point is in the middle of the ramps.

I can't rally justify a graph connection either, the way the ramps are set up.
Tweaking NJ90's point to a more central location in the interchange complex (rather than add a 2nd point). This should create less of a visual expectation of a graph connection.

Doesn't look to me like it would make sense to try to force a graph connection here.
