NY: NY-5 missing interchange

Just was looking at the road and happened to notice we're missing an interchange along the Skyway portion just outside of Downtown Buffalo.

It's an offramp from EB NY-5 to Ohio Street (between 'TifSt' & 'FuhBlvd').  It's especially important right now due to the current rehabbing of the Skyway bridge itself, as that's where all traffic going EB is being forced off (except during AM Rush Hour) while this is happening. https://www.dot.ny.gov/news/traveler-advisories/2018/2018-04-27

And on a side note, 'FuhBlvd' possibly could use a recenter too.
