PA: US 15 at PA 554 (South Williamsport)

The north end of PA 554 is at US 15 SB (you must use US 15 SB to get to US 15 NB) at the southern end of the one-way splits in South Williamsport.

Should I center the point onto US 15 SB here or leave as-is?

This one could work for me either way.
As is, it's as good a place as any to capture the end of PA554. Could be why Tim did what he did here.
