Yep, not new routes, just ones signed but not yet in the HB.
KY2308 and 2309 are both sections of Stanford St in Science Hill that aren't part of KY635:
KY2308 is the northern piece, and has junction signage from both directions on KY635, but no mention from KY1247.
KY2309 is the southern piece, with signage only from KY1247 northbound; no mention from KY635.
KYTC's roadway viewer will show the KY2308 signs on KY635 (imagery from 2018), but it will not show the KY2309 sign from KY1247 (imagery from 2015), so they must be relatively recently placed.
KY2324 is Lexington Av in Danville, between KY33 and KY34. There is one sign
as you leave KY34; no mention of it from KY33.
And this is why I travel the unsigned routes in Kentucky as well as the signed ones...cause you never know when one will revert to the other and back again.
