BiH is redoing all their road numbering, finishing in 2018*. For that reason, I've only checked the "road alignment" (exceeding limits, wp at "important" junction) so far but not checked wp label names except wps with "X" prefix

*What does that mean, will the drafted route names be changed or is the new numbering already in force but not yet signed everywhere? I couldn't find much about this... However, OSM often has additional 3-digit M numbers. Is this the new numbering?

BIH/HRV wp location seems to be wrong according to OSM and GM. I know that border lines often inaccurate for ex Yugoslavia but this wp seems to be quite odd. Is there any reason for that location or can we change it (including HVR D9 and concurrent E roads)?

The new numbering for the Federation (so not the whole country) was meant to be fully implemented 10 months ago, but isn't. I've assumed it isn't happening. I've gone through and triple-checked everything (I did the above changes a good 20+ months ago), but the new numbering was the only thing stopping this system being activated.
