UT: Bangerter Highway new exit numbers
« on: November 21, 2018, 10:54:38 pm »
Recently, four new interchanges on Bangerter Highway were completed. Each one has a new exit number:

These three I can confirm from either actual observation or news stories/UDOT videos:
-11400 South is now Exit 8
-9000 South is now Exit 11
-7000 South is now Exit 14

5400 South now has its own exit number as well. This is most likely Exit 16: though I cannot confirm this at the moment, that's a pretty strong guess.)

In addition: there probably should be a waypoint at 200 West (between I-15 and Exit 1). That was previously a regular intersection but was converted to RIRO access only in 2016.

Confirmed new exit numbers are in the Highway Browser.

As for 200W, I'm going to leave that be since it's pretty close to existing waypoints and not every intersection needs to be a waypoint. If UT 154 ever makes it to being a full freeway and that RIRO is still there, then it might be worth including for completeness' sake. Otherwise... eh.

I just looked at the SR-154 Wikipedia article, and somebody else already added the exit numbers, including the 5400 South Exit 16. They just didn't change the espan tags (which I'm fixing at the moment).

As for the RIRO, I only mentioned it because every other at-grade intersection on 154 is currently a TM waypoint. In adddition, that 200 West RIRO is signed on BGSs:
