^I am guessing that the streetblades were enough to consider it a signed route.  We have discussed that some in the past.

I do not remember us coming to a definite conclusion on this yet.  Even though US 30 BUS (Mount Vernon) is not a state route, I would argue that it could fit into the thread discussion.
