UT: UT 85/Mountain View Corridor

Today marks the opening of the new Utah County segment of the Mountain View Corridor, which runs from the UT 68/194 intersection (Redwood Rd/2100 North) west and south to UT 73/Foothill Boulevard.

This new segment is posted as UT 85, and the two segments of UT 85 are connected by a concurrency with 68. Although we've left this overlap out in the past as unsigned, there are now reassurance shields both northbound and southbound that explicitly sign this overlap.

This is now in the HB. Southern end lines up precisely with 800W (already extant). Two shaping points in between are spitballed based on the approximate known shape of the road. Future task: recenter those once someone adds the new road to OSM.
