DE: Five Points Intersection

(For DE 1, US 9, DE 404, DE 23, and DE 1D)  TRAFFIC ALERT - Sussex County - DelDOT Announces Opening of Route 9 Intersection at Plantation Road/Beaver Dam Road

I think it is time to suggest and clarify how the routes should be mapped here.

https://deldot.gov/Publications/manuals/traffic_counts/pdfs/2018/2018Interstate_USRoutes_DelawareRoutes.pdf?cache=1585496964656 The DelDOT log from 2018 seems to imply DE 23 ends at US 9/DE 404 and DE 1D ends at DE 23. Road 18A is the connector from DE 1D/DE 23 to US 9/DE 404

Yeah, that is what I am seeing from the Traffic Counts Map.

Looks like I should truncate DE 1D to DE 23, and DE 23 to US 9/DE 404 based on these findings.

So my trip to the area yesterday (and 2019 GSV) is making me think that I should just have both DE 1D and DE 23 end at US 9/DE 404.  Photos are in the linked Flickr album below.
