CA: US-101 exit issues

Just happened to discover we're missing Exit #525 on US-101 for Geysers Road.

Also we're missing Exit #161.

165 -> 164

Also, maybe move the shaping point '+x26' to the intersection that is just above it for Gaviota State Beach?

All changes in my local copy, except for exit 165. GMSV shows it signed as 164 NB, but 165 SB. Moreover, Caltrans' CalNexus exit lists assign 165 to that interchange. So I'll leave that one alone.

I'll add this to a pull request tonight or tomorrow morning, for the I-710 extension over the replacement for the Gerald Desmond bridge (discussed in a separate forum topic).
