SD: US14AltDea errorcheck

To fix the visible distance error in this route, why not add a point at either Bridal Veil Falls or Cleopatra Place? Both of those are about halfway, and are common turn-around points.

Also, when SD 473 and US 85 Truck were added, somehow the concurrency got broken between US 14A and US 85 (and 85 Truck for about two blocks).

Because one says GleDr and one says GleAve, I think.

Concurrency detection doesn't care about labels, just that the points along the concurrency are precisely aligned.
