MN: MN 291 no longer exists

MN 291 was turned back to the city of Hastings and was not listed in the 2015 MN trunk highway log.  I was in Hastings a few months ago and confirmed that it is no longer signed.

I can also confirm that as of late 2015 this route was not signed.
