MD: US 15 Minor Point Errors

1.  RoseAve should be RosAve.
2.  OppPk should be OppPike.
3.  HayRd should be marked as closed.
4.  I recommend considering a regular point at Catcoin Hollow Rd instead of the shaping point, but the MD 806 line may be an issue here.
5.  I would change ToMD806 to Roddy Creek Rd (RodCreRd).
6.  Note that 1-3 could also be covered by using the US 15 Exit Numbers..

1-2: I like the idea of using exit numbers so I'm gonna just do that. I will note, however, that "Pk" is the standard USPS abbreviation for "Pike" and thus ought to be fair game otherwise.
3: Since no one is using that point I'm gonna just remove it

For the Pk thing, I was using this post from yakra as the reason for changing the Pk labels in PA/DE to Pike.

When I clinched MD 85 (Buckeystown Pike) yesterday, I saw both Pk and Pike used at intersections along the route.
