A shaping point is needed on I-55 between 105 and 105A to break the concurrency with I-55BLSpr and US66HisChi.
I noticed this while clarifying that the change to
I-55BLSpr from the
AASHTO Spring 2019 Thread was done and seeing that 109 travelers for the route was probably too many.
