1. The intersection with NC133_N needs to be recentered. (also mentioned in NC 133 thread)
2. The shaping point northwest of NC 11 should be replaced with a visible point at
Youngstown Rd (YouRd).
3. BlaRivRd should be
LisRd (Lisbon Rd).
4. NC87Bus_E should be NC87Bus_S or even just NC87BusEli or NC87BusEli_S.
5. The US701 point should be recentered a bit. (also affects NC 242)
6. The shaping point southeast of NC41_S could be replaced by a visible point at
Cromartie Rd (CroRd).
7. The NC 41 points should be E and W instead of S and N. Also NC41_N needs to be recentered.
8. The shaping point northwest of Dublin could be replaced with a visible point at
Reedy Meadow Rd (ReeMeaRd).
9. Note that the route all but goes out of tolerance right at
Grimes Singletary Rd (GriSinRd).
10. The NC20 point should probably be slightly recentered.
11. Looking into replacing the shaping point south of WilHwy was difficult, however, both
Sand Hill Rd and
Tom Starling Rd have signals with NC 87.

13. A point should be added at
Shaw Rd (connects directly to the All American Freeway). (also affects NC 24)
14. 21B(295) should be 21C(295). (also affects NC 24)
15. A point needs to be added at the interchange at

16. BraBlvd should be recentered and marked as closed. (also affects NC 24 and NC 210)
17. I think that MelLn should be replaced by
Centennial Pkwy (CenPkwy). (also affects NC 24)
18. NC24_N should be NC24_W.
19. I would add
Buffalo Lake Rd (BufLakeRd) to help out with the shaping.
20. SwaStaRd should be
BroRd (Broadway Rd).

Frank Wicker Rd (FraWickRd) may be a useful point for Lake Trace if it is a tourist spot.
22. The shaping point north of US 1 could be replaced with points at
Deep River Rd (DeepRivRd) and
Walter Bright Rd (WalBriRd). (also affects US 15 and US 501)
23. I think that US15/501_N technically should be just US15/501.
24. The NC902_W point needs to be recentered. (may require updates entry for NC 902)
25. I would change MouHerRd to
WooChaRd (Woods Chapel Rd) instead of relocating MouHerRd.
26. I would relocate BogRanRd to SweRd (Swepsonville Rd). The shaping seems to look a lot better there.
27. A point should be added at Shallowford Church Rd (ShaChuRd) as it is marked as a way
to access I-40/I-85. I would have also recommended
Gerringer Mill Rd (GerMillRd) for the Shallowford Natural Area access, but I did not see signage from NC 87 for some reason. It may be useful to add for making the shaping look slightly better.
28. I recommend adding a point at
Altamahaw Union Bridge Rd to help with the shaping some.
29. BroRd should be
BroChaRd (Browns Chapel Rd). (20 is unaffected as BroRd is not currently in-use)
30. HarLn would be better served at nearby
RusRd (Rustic Rd).
31. NC150_E should be slightly recentered.
32. US29/158_E should be just US29/158.
33. SanCroRd should be moved to the Wentworth St intersection. The realignment is shown as under construction in the HERE Maps and may be complete by now. (also affects NC 65)
34. NC65_N should be
NC65_W.
35. I would add points at
Ashley Loop and
Pannel Rd (PanRd) to fix the shaping from NC 65 to Eden. I would also relocate RavDr to RivCir (Riverside Circle).
