US 40:US 40: IL140_W -> IL140
2008 GSV does not show an IL 140 shield here.
That eastbound shield must have been added later. As a result, I recommend that this change be made even though it will break a list file (terescoj only).
US 40: move US45_S west two blocks
This was not done on US 40, but it has been done on US 45 and IL 33. Also the shaping point east of IL33_E should be replaced with a visible point at
CR11.
A point at
CumRd_Gre would be useful for shaping purposes.
Unused alternate labels that can be removed: IL140_E
I-70: A shaping point should be added between 61 and 63 to keep the line north of US 40.
IL 127:The shaping point southwest of RusAve should be replaced by a visible point at
Front St (FroSt).
The shaping point southwest of CouLineRd should be replaced by a visible point at
Bridge St (BriSt).
The shaping points north of ElkRd should be replaced with visible points at
Green Market Rd (GreMarRd) and
Matthews Rd (Maybe CR 18). (also affects IL 13)
The shaping point north of IL13/154 should be replaced with a visible point at
Poppy Rd (PopRd).
The shaping point north of IL16_E should be replaced with a visible point at
Seward St (SewSt). (also affects IL 16 and directly connects to the Historic Courthouse)
The shaping points farther north on IL 127 are much more near gravel roads to keep in mind here. I looked at a couple replacements of visible points for shaping points on IL 140 and they look gravelly too.
Otherwise, I am done here.
