WV: US 50 Various Point Concerns

1.  The WV 68 points should be S and N instead of W and E.
2.  RivHillRRd should be CR30.  (to match WV 68)
3.  HewSt should be HewAve.

BGS's say CR9 instead.  Then again, I find this signage on the South side of the interchange stating CR30 for it. But then I find this signage on the North side of the interchange stating it's CR9.  So, with the BGS's saying CR9, I'm going to change it for both routes to that as the tiebreaker.

I'm fine with this.  I went with CR30 based on what I had seen on the south side of interchange.  I had not looked at the north side.
